Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom, made-to-order items and sale items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customer pays for return shipping.

If your item is defective or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. In this case, E Pet Store, operated by SHEIRRA LLC, will cover the return shipping.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
